Returns and Refund Policy
The following returns policy applies to all items sold on The Kidz Gift Company Ltd.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, return it. It’s easy! You may return it with your original sales receipt, gift receipt or original packing slip. We will happily exchange the item or refund your full purchase price.
We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control for example damage in post, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will then look into the problem and get back to you with a response within 24 working hours.
Personalised items are non refundable unless within the applicable return window and if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
– Was in a physically damaged condition at the time of delivery
– Personalisation does not match with what was ordered.
Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
