IMPACT OF CORONAVIRUS ON DELIVERIES
Whilst we continue to operate and dispatch orders, due to the Covid19 virus, some delays in delivery may occur. This is often due to staff shortages and therefore may differ locally. For that reason we cannot be specific about where any delays may occur, but Royal Mail and our other courier services do continue to make deliveries as normal where possible.
Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the shipping options below at checkout. Most of our items are shipped with Royal Mail and larger items using a courier service. As some of our gifts take longer to make than others, sometimes your order will arrive in multiple deliveries.
Standard Flat Rate delivery is £3.95
Standard delivery for Larger furniture goods £8.95
If you’re ordering Multiple cards, gifts or furniture, your delivery charge may vary from the prices listed above. We may need to contact you to let you know these additional charges.
Some larger items however (bookshelves, storage and tables and chairs) delivered to the following areas below may incur an extra delivery charge. If this is the case then a member of our customer services team will contact you to discuss the various options before the item is dispatched to you.
Areas which may incur an additional delivery charge
- UK islands, e.g. Isle of Wight, Jersey, Isle of Jura, etc.
- Northern Ireland.
- Parts of the Scottish Highlands.
- Parts of Scotland.
Order Processing Time
Delivery will be made as soon as possible and usually within 3-7 days of receipt of your order.
We make every effort to dispatch goods within the specified timescales, however sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances we cannot guarantee delivery times or except liability for late delivery. This also applies to products sent directly from our manufacturers.
We do not accept liability for any costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
Please contact us for orders outside the UK. Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
